As a crucial document in setting your objectives, understanding your market and in increasing the effectiveness of your business, let us help you write one.
Join one of our workshops. We will guide you through a template business plan from start to finish. Each workshop includes teaching, training and hands-on exercises. We will start you on your journey to developing an efficient and successful workable business plan.
Sessions run from 9.30 – 2.30pm and includes lunch.
You will be provided with a template business plan, as well as sample cash flow, competitor analysis and forecasting spreadsheets.

Join us and fellow entrepreneurs to work on your plan. Bring your laptop, knuckle down in your own work space and get stuck in.
We will be on hand to answer questions on any section of your business plan and help to motivate you.
Workshops usually run for 3 hours. Join us for as long as you like!
